Cosmic Crotty Comet Sighting Near Chance Ridge.

In the company of the Mighty Mighty JL, I caught a comet last seen 80,000 years ago by our pre-historic ancestors. It represents our direct connection to our distant past.

On the day that Elon Musk’s Space X “toothpicks” welcomed home the Super Heavy booster of its Starship in South Texas, Crotty

stared into the night sky at Chance Ridge in Elkhorn, Nebraska to witness another historic space event. This one was last seen by our ancestors 80,000 years ago: the return of the C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS comet.

Here we are, connected through space and time, made all the more visible by the iPhone!
