The Real Chaos Candidate.
The "chaos candidate" trope posits that moderates won't vote for Trump due to the circus around the man, even as adherents begrudgingly admit he kept the world safer, the economy and border stronger.
Former President Donald John Trump is oft dubbed "The Chaos Candidate." The well-worn trope posits that wherever Trump goes, chaos, "rightly or wrongly"––to quote former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley––invariably follows: Democrat-pushed trials, Democrat media hysteria, violent voter revolt (Left and Right), Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) writ large. Ms. Haley is stumping on this premise, her ads claiming she will provide less "drama” and a younger conservative voice. But, as is often the case with the morally clear but under-nuanced Nikki NeoCon, she's missing key points.
Democrats have created and will create chaos around any Republican, especially one that threatens their DEI, ESG, open border, legal pot, big government, sanctuary city, infanticide-on-demand, boys-in-girls-bathrooms agenda. They will not hesitate to eviscerate Christie, Desantis, Haley, or any GOP standard-bearer. Unlike Republicans, Democrats are in the business of winning elections, whatever it takes, no matter the hypocrisy, projection, or violations of due process.
Trump is Democrat public enemy number one because only Trump fulsomely and infectiously pushes back hard against Democrat use of state power to censor, silence, and erase political opponents. That includes, in Trump's case, the Dems’ treasonous use of a Russian national to supply over 80% of the fallacious intel used in the Russia Collusion hoax, paid collusion––per The Twitter Files––between the State Department and social media to censor conservative, Republican, and Trumpian “wrong-speech,” a Democratic FBI lawyer who criminally lied on FISA applications to illegally snare Trump associates, and a deeply unethical attorney for Hillary Clinton, Marc Elias, who orchestrated many of the Get Trump gambits.
Then there’s the topper: a Colorado State Supreme Court and a Maine Secretary of State vowing to rid from ballots the leading contender for the White House––who, in the RCP poll of polls, is currently beating Joe Biden in all swing states and crushing his GOP opponents––based on the “insurrection clause” of the 14th amendment, though Trump has never been charged with, tried for, let alone convicted of “insurrection.”
From the moment Donald and Melania Trump glided down the Trump Tower escalator, Mr. Trump has been viciously attacked by Democrats and NeoConservatives for candidly exposing irrefutable facts:
A. About the criminals, narco-terrorists, and mentally ill cast-offs that Venezuela, Mexico, and Central America were deliberately exporting through our southern border;
B. About how China was crushing the U.S. on trade;
C. About how Republican George W. Bush’s disastrous NeoCon war of choice in Iraq had killed and maimed hundreds of thousands of persons––weakening U.S. standing in the world and birthing ISIS and the Yazidi genocide.
“The Resistance,” as the coordinated anti-Trump campaign came to be called, united globalists, media, Big Tech, and Never-Trumpers with requisite thuggery from left-wing Antifa, BLM, and F the Police. But contrary to the eight-year disinformation campaign from The Resistance and their enablers in the Deep State, Trump was anything but a chaotic president. His Remain in Mexico policy restored order to the border. His tax cuts and regulatory reform restored hope and sanity to small business life. He got NATO deadbeats to pay their fair share for their defense. He displayed small-footprint wisdom in quietly taking out the founder and leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, as well as the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Qods Force, Qassem Soleimani. Through adroit diplomacy, he stymied Putin’s dreams of a return to Catherine the Great empire. His carrot-and-stick aplomb checked China on trade––an approach the Biden Administration subsequently copied. The People's Republic is reeling as the contradictions of its top-down economic model are exposed and other nations steal China's manufacturing thunder. Thanks is due Mr. Trump for showing that being a disrupter can bring renewed global order on American terms.
Contrary to Resistance rhetoric, the true chaos candidate has been the one elected to be non-chaotic. But being feeble, malleable, non compos mentis, and afraid or unable to undertake deeply probing interviews is not a sign of sagacious detachment, but of fear and ineptitude. Joe Biden is the epitome of chaos, as federal spending and concomitant inflation dramatically spiked on his watch, Democrat-run cities were overrun by illegal immigrants, the southern border was handed over to Mexican cartels, murder spiked, a Supreme Court justice was nearly assassinated by a Democratic partisan, and Trump’s world-at-peace was quickly reversed through incompetent and chaotic Biden foreign policy into a world at war, as the planet inches ever closer to nuclear midnight. Then there’s the cocaine left in the Biden White House, the poorly trained family pets, Major and Commander––who regularly bit Secret Service agents, severely injuring at least one––and the world's worst diversity hire, the laughably unqualified Word Salad Queen, Vice President Kamala Harris, who's up there with Harvard's anti-semitic plagiarist president Claudine Gay in the DEI scam department.
If you step back and genuinely think of chaos, can you honestly think of a more buffoonish lot than the Bidens, whose primary raison d'etre has been to use the Joe Biden "brand”––corrupt and phony as it may be––to enrich themselves? Then there's the crack addiction, tax cheating, and sister-in-law boffing by the subpoena-snubbing Hunter Biden. Biden, Inc. is a mess, the very definition of chaos. And it will only get worse in a second term when the sordid details of the family's pay-to-play schemes are fully exposed.
The daily disarray of the Biden White House is matched only by the breathtaking bedlam generated by Democrats in Congress and back home in states and localities. There’s the alarm-pulling in the Cannon Office Building, the hoody-wearing and anal probing in the Senate chamber, the Dem-enabled smash-and-grab epidemic, the Dem-enabled and applauded Summer of Insurrection, the zombies stalking city streets in Dem-run cities where cannabis dispensaries and the homeless are omnipresent, but broken windows policing is verboten. Go to any Democratic hotbed—New York City, Washington DC, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle––and you will see chaos. It’s a direct correlation: more Democrats, more chaos. In Dem-dominated DC, the violent crime, car-jackings, hostile panhandling, and disorder are so overwhelming that small businesses are cratering, as leading sports franchises exit the city for safer and saner ports of call. Joe Biden is the chaos candidate of a party rooted in chaos.
Tragically, dysregulated Democratic behavior and their tolerance of crime and degeneration under the guise of social justice leads to horrific public policy––from inflationary student loan forgiveness to Defund the Police madness to no-cash bail to Solyndra-like green new boondoggles. Exhibit A: our deliberately open border, bringing death, disease, and violence to American towns and cities that even Joe's Democratic mayor pals say must stop. Exhibit B: a haphazard foreign policy run by National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, a key player in the Trump/Russia collusion hoax and subsequent intel chiefs' memo declaring that the mere existence of Hunter's damning laptop was “Russian disinformation.” Those two acts of treasonous election interference should have put Mr. Sullivan before a firing squad, or at least a jury of his peers. Instead, the Democrat-dominated Administrative State protects its own, as Sullivan still walks free.
Jake the Snake is the classic Democratic institutional twerp that rises in The Swamp: opaque, inscrutable, dismissive, Yale-educated, cynically swallowing the lies of CRT, DEI, and ESG orthodoxy as the admission ticket to the guilty white DC cocktail party circuit. He is the seemingly calm representative of a chaotic Presidency: the emissary of weakness instructing Biden on his catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan that greenlit Putin's war against Ukraine and China's bellicosity in the East China Sea; the boyish doofus who told the world five days before the Hamas genocide of October 7 that the Biden Administration had "deescalated crises in Gaza" and then, after the preventable war started, sang Iran's tune by telling Israel to soften its operation against Hamas. No surprise that attacks by Iran proxies in Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen quickly followed.
Sullivan enabled the Hamas horrors through the resumption of the asinine JPCOA, which Trump had smartly killed. No surprise that the billions of dollars of Biden aid to Tehran’s theocrats was funneled into Hamas coffers to plan their diabolical atrocities. Why any Jewish American could still support this Presidency is beyond me.
As a proven disrupter, Donald Trump generates headlines and hysteria. His claims of election fraud were a stretch, though his other claims of Democratic election interference were spot on. He is a mixed bag of narcissistic, if often hilarious, bloviation, mean Tweets, crazy conspiracies intermixed with actual truth. His disrupter style might strike some as chaotic, but his policies were anything but.
Trump is not the real “chaos candidate” in this year's election. That undistinguished honorific should be reserved for "The Big Guy," the true friend of foreign oligarchs, criminal gangs, violent anarchists, and Mexican cartels, Joseph Robinette Biden.
