Joe is staggeringly unfit to serve, yet Disinformation Democrats gaslight anyone who says so.
Our President is incapacitated. Yet Democrats would rather lie to America about that fact than do the right thing and ask Joe to either resign or suspend his ridiculous campaign for reelection.
For years, I’ve labored under the harsh reality that truth is empirically verifiable yet politically malleable. Residents of fact-based reality know that Neil Armstrong landed on the moon, yet millions of conspiratorial fools still believe that NASA staged the moon landing. We know that Saddam Hussein, for all his cruel misdeeds, had nothing to do with 9/11. Yet even after we confirmed that Al Qaeda had no connection to the Iraqi dictator, millions of Americans still trucked in the Saddam canard. We know that the late O.J. Simpson brutally murdered his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, yet a jury of Simpson’s peers found him not guilty, not because they believed he was innocent but as infuriating political payback for perceived police misconduct. Similarly, we can all see that Joseph Robinette Biden is slippin’. But it’s not politically tenable for half the country to acknowledge that fact, lest the admission return their orange bogeyman to the Oval Office.
This peculiar denial strategy has a long, pathetic history. It was clear that Biden was not White House material when he first ran for president in 1988 when his penchant for lying and plagiarism was widely exposed. We knew he wasn’t Presidential material when Obama picked him as his 2008 running mate. Obama knew it, too, which is why he chose him. He never saw Joe as a threat, let alone a successor.
But for Obama’s political purposes in 2008 and 2012, Biden fit the infantilized stereotype of the harmless old white doofus repeatedly caricatured in ads, films, and TV shows. Never mind that old white guys created our best-in-world freedoms, art, culture, science, tech, medicine, and prosperity.
The country fell for Obama’s cynical gambit. Having won, however, Obama had to stomach lousy counsel from his token VP, including Joe’s advice to wait on taking out Bin Laden. “That’s just Joe being Joe,” Obama often said demeaningly when his cartoonish Veep went off on one of his unscripted rhetorical benders.
With his tall tales of Corn Pop and other misadventures that never happened, no one took Biden seriously. He was an empty suit who could be filled with other people’s ideas. He was a joke, a mercurial goof, but a necessary stalking horse for a Democrat Socialist takeover of the Administrative State. That, too, came with a price, as readily hoodwinked Joe was a crucial pawn (and player) in his crack-addicted son Hunter’s influence-peddling schemes.
With all that baked into the cake, Democratic strategists believed that come 2016, Uncle Joe would fade away, and Hillary would take over from there. But Hillary was not the kissy, schmaltzy, tall-tale caricature that black voters loved about Biden. She had dared to attack “The Chosen One” in their rough 2008 primary. While Joe’s description of Obama as “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy” would have sunk any other white running mate, his crazy talk fit black stereotypes of the kindly cracker. And it likely won over blue-collar white voters in the Rust Belt for Obama, too. No surprise: Hillary lost in 2016 to the “blue-collar billionaire,” as America’s “deplorables” turned on her and bicoastal elites with a pointed vengeance.
As Democrats seemed prepared to make the same mistake in 2020 with a cavalcade of pointy-headed policy geeks, U.S. Representative James Clyburn stepped into the fray ahead of the critical South Carolina primary and declared in essence that the party’s monolith of black voters would be ridin’ with Biden. The other pretenders promptly fell in line. As Clyburn knew, Democratic Socialists could work with the Biden kind of yapping yahoo—prop him up, humor him, laugh at his pathetic jokes. Biden was the blithe, useful, and malleable idiot they needed.
Nevertheless, come 2020, most Americans felt Biden was too old and compromised to run for president again. Obama did, too, and told him as much. We saw Biden’s glaring mental and physical impairment during the 2020 Democratic debates, none of which Biden came close to winning but which Democrat disinformationists explained away as Joe’s lifelong struggle with stuttering. We saw similar enfeeblement in his 2020 debates with Trump.
Nevertheless, a COVID-rattled America chose the calm, if compromised, Biden over the robust but aggro Trump. The Obama rainbow coalition dragged Geriatric Joe over the finish line on the assumption that The Chosen One would be in the background, ensuring that Joe did the right and racialist thing. As insurance, the Democratic Machine engaged in a series of dirty tricks, treasonous intel chief election interference, and end runs of state election laws, and—voila!—Biden won, though he mostly campaigned remotely.
However corrupt, criminal, and unfair, most Americans accepted that darkly achieved result. Against all logic, facts, and odds, and without a novel idea in his head, Carny Joe from Scranton, like Chance the Gardener in Being There, miraculously became the leader of the free world.
Now we are in 2024, with the same two candidates and the same tight polling. And still, no one has had that talk with Gramps. While Trump has mentally slid a smidge––though hardly on the scale that Trump-deranged media claim in their desperately lame attempts to carry water for Biden––Joe has declined to the scary fifth stage of the seven-stage dementia hierarchy. The man should not be running anything, let alone the most powerful nation on earth.
I said it was “elder abuse” to run Joe Biden in 2020 before anyone else even used the term. It’s now grotesque and in brazen violation of section 4 of the 25th Amendment, which calls upon Cabinet members and the Vice President to remove a President from office when he is mentally and physically incapable of performing the duties of the office.
Democrats refuse to admit that truth. It’s as if they collectively believe we never landed on the moon. When inescapable facts of Biden’s decline are shown, the Biden Communications War Room complains of “deep fakes” and “cheap fakes.” But no War Room quick-cuts, faraway shots, social media lies, and Washington Post “fact-checking” (there’s an oxymoron) can disguise what we have seen up close and unedited. Biden freezes, a sure sign of Parkinson’s Disease or worse. Biden loses his bearings and appears on the verge of falling. Biden’s gait is stiff and wooden as he labors to walk without assistance. As we witnessed at the recent G7 Summit in Apulia, Biden routinely gets lost and wanders off. Biden stares into space and needs to be brought back into reality by a friendly handler, whether Jill Biden, Hunter Biden, Bill Clinton, or Barack Obama. Biden sits down in chairs that are not there. Biden mangles words. Biden mumbles. Biden inaudibly whispers in meetings with political leaders. Biden forgets significant details of his life, as Special Counsel Robert Hur confirmed in his damning report on Biden’s criminal mishandling of confidential and classified documents. Hur publicly testified that he would have indicted Biden, except that the President’s dementia was so advanced that he would come across at trial as a sympathetic but forgetful old coot. Lost on Democrats is an inherent contradiction: if you are too senile to stand trial, you are too senile to run for President!
Busted and embarrassed by this stark reality, Biden’s corrupt and cagey handlers will not allow the world to hear the audio of the President’s disastrously revealing interview with Hur. They also refuse to have Joe take a cognitive test or release the results if they have already done so. They have also not allowed Biden to do many press conferences, and certainly not with reporters who would question their Wilsonian cover-up. Biden has not done a significant town hall since 2021. According to research from Towson University, Biden has conducted fewer interviews and pressers than any president in forty years.
Sad as it is, the evidence is in: our hail-felllow-well-met POTUS is mentally and physically spent. Yet Machiavellian Democrats would rather gaslight America about that fact than do the right and honorable thing and ask Joe Biden to immediately resign as President or at least cease his ridiculous campaign for reelection. Think Joe Biden is in rough shape now? Think about him in two to three years. This cognitively challenged senior citizen has his mitts on nuclear command and control. Hard as this might be for anti-Trumpers to hear, this state of affairs is outrageous, unacceptable, and of urgent global concern.
Yet on June 27, Democrats will cynically trot out before the world their enfeebled standard-bearer at a hyper-controlled and Biden-favorable “debate” moderated by Democratic National Committee home team outlet CNN. Biden will be given a pep shot. He will have engaged in ten days of debate prep. He will have slept—a lot—so he can perform one final heroic act of partisan service: hold it together for ninety minutes. If he can, the election is his. But if Biden freezes and cannot talk, or, God forbid, Trump has to step in and snap Joe out of a trance, all hell will break loose.
With the bar set ridiculously low, Joe Biden will meet the moment as he did at his last State of the Union. And after Joe has done his duty, Democrat disinformationists will crow, “See? Joe Biden is fit as a fiddle.” But these paid grifters know the truth: Joe Biden should not be on a debate stage. He should not be in the White House. He should be in an assisted living facility in Delaware.
Farmer Jim, you rant with such passion! It is an interesting election cycle. I agree, so much will ride on the debate.
